About
Made in DC, for DC musicians.
Recording our scene, at a price everyone can afford: nothing.
The studio
Part of the scene for years.
Greater Society Studios has been a part of the DC music scene for years. I’ve played in bands, organized shows, and, most importantly, done what I could to record that music, both my own and that of others.
We know the sticker shock musicians often face with recording studio estimates.
And the frustration that can come with recordings that don’t live up to expectations.
Our goal is to provide all DC-area musicians with access to professional, compelling recordings, so that together we can make sure the world finally hears all the great music that is happening in this city and its surroundings.
